Frida's is one of the best restaurants in GA. I was in town visiting from Chicago. My cousin that lives there was given Frida's as a recommendation for good drinks and food. Boy, were they right?!?! Gabriel was our chef, Estepania was our server, and Felix was the manager..... They were all so great, friendly, and professional. The pitcher of margaritas was ON POINT We couldn't decide what we wanted at first, but Estephana helped us come up with the perfect combination for our taste buds. You've got to try the guacamole Gabriel had good recommendations for food, and we were over full when we left The atmosphere was a great vibe. The music was a really nice volume to the point where we didn't feel like we had to scream to hear each other across the table. It's a great vibe for girls night out or even date night. I'll definitely be back.

Frida’s Mexican Restaurant was worth checking out and the service was absolutely amazing! Our waiter and the manager were very attentive. This location is between Lawrenceville and Loganville which is great. The carne asada, fajitas, appetizer flautas, and ceviche all were delicious! There’s lots of food options and drinks.

Let me tell y'all something. This place is a GEM! I am a VERY particular patron anywhere I go and this place surpassed my expectations. You can ALWAYS tell if the food gonna be good when the chips and salsa are fresh!! It was so good! The food was indeed so delicious and decently priced. The service was phenomenal! The manager made regular rounds checking and interacting with the customers. The employees had a great working flow with each other and very accommodating to everyone from what I can see. My server was so sweet and attentive. It was a really nice lunch break and if I'm ever in the area again I will be back!

Now this is some delicious Mexican food! I have been here in Georgia for the past eight years (from out WEST)and have found it incredibly difficult to find authentic Mexican food the search has been very stressful. However this right here is for my fellow west coast people I’m telling you try this! You won’t be disappointed. Service is very good too. Your welcome

Frida's Mexican Restaurant in Lawrenceville is a delightful spot that serves up some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in the area. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and the vibrant ambiance of authentic Mexican culture. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or planning a sit-down meal with friends or family, Frida’s delivers on all fronts. The highlight of our visit was, of course, the food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The roasted salsa was a standout—it had just the right balance of smoky and spicy flavors that made it impossible to stop dipping our chips. It’s one of those salsas you’ll think about long after your visit. The main courses were equally impressive, with each dish showcasing the depth of traditional Mexican cuisine. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, which made the experience feel even more special. One of the best parts about Frida’s is how quickly the food is served. Despite the high quality and attention to detail, the kitchen runs efficiently, ensuring you’re not left waiting long to dive into your meal. It’s perfect for those who are hungry and ready to eat but still want something that feels carefully prepared rather than rushed. Special mention must go to Diego and Louis, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find service that feels so genuine, and their efforts added a personal touch to the overall experience. They made us feel valued as customers, which is a quality I always appreciate in a restaurant. The atmosphere at Frida’s is another reason to visit. The decor is vibrant and inviting, creating a space that’s both lively and comfortable. Whether you’re there for a casual lunch or a celebratory dinner, the environment sets the tone for a great meal. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the restaurant a welcoming space for everyone. If there’s one thing I’d suggest to improve, it’s simply this: keep doing what you’re doing. Frida’s seems to have mastered the recipe for a fantastic dining experience, from the food to the service to the ambiance. It’s the kind of place that quickly becomes a favorite, and I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu. In short, Frida’s Mexican Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the Lawrenceville area who loves authentic Mexican food served with a side of outstanding service. Whether it’s the amazing roasted salsa, the excellent service from Diego and Louis, or the overall vibe of the place, you’ll leave satisfied and eager to come back. This is the kind of restaurant that gets everything right, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic meal.

Visited here for a late Mother's Day dinner with family. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was wonderful and there were many different options. They had lobster tacos which made my stepfather very happy! I tried a bite and they were delicious. The quesadilla fajita texano was a large portion size and very filling. The Texas Margarita was nice and strong. Overall, no complaints! We had a great time and plan to return again soon.

This was our first time to Frida and we were happily surprised. Everything we had was wonderful from the Tacos to the fresh Guac to the Maya soup. Definitely planning to go back.
